Position summary:

Contribute to new UHF reader designs, as well as help to maintain and improve existing products. The RFID reader is a high performance software radio requiring an RF transceiver, local oscillator, analog filters and amplifiers, data converters, and associated support circuitry including power regulation and RF control.

Requirements:

• MSEE/PhD or equivalent with emphasis on RF circuits and/or communications preferred;

• 3 years or more relevant experience;

• Experience with RFID technology and/or standards;

• Commercial product development experience;

• FCC, ETSI and other regional regulatory knowledge;

• RF systems and antenna design knowledge or experience;

• Basic working knowledge of Linux;

• Communicates effectively with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);

• Candidates with less experience will also be considered.
