1.The machine is mainly applied to data entry process of contactless non-standard card,which is more and more widely used on the market at present.
2.It’s suitable for the issuing process of special-shaped cards, like public transportation cards and membership cards.
3. The machine has 8 card encoding workstations, with eight sets of card reader in total.
4.Eight stations do circular motion on the rotary platform; card enters into encoding station, and reader will be synchronously work at once. This will ensure the maximum efficiency of the card reader, greatly improve production speed.
5.Eight encoding station can be positioning the card automatically, no need operator to do the regulations and save regulation time before production of different shapes cards.
6.Rotary platform is driven by servo motor, with high operating accuracy and stability.
7.The fixed leg of the card of feeding and collecting box is adjustable, easy for the use of different shapes cards, maximum size up to 80mm * 100mm.
8.This device has two sets of feeding boxes, convenient to swap the boxes and place new cards without stop the production, more simplified and humanized.
9.Card feeding and collecting conveyance are in single card sucking way, this method will better protect the surface of card, ensure no scratches on it.
10.The whole machine adopts PLC control, easy to operate and convenient to adjust the parameters.
11.Other functions can be developed for customer. Special functions, like laser engraved coding and OCR character recognition are also support to upgrade.
